Bologna Salad Sandwiches

  1. Process bologna in food processor. I find this works best if I cut it into small chunks first, even if I'm using a packag of sliced bologna!
  2. Process onions and celery in processor, add to bologna in bowl.
  3. Dice the hard boiled eggs (processor mushes them up too much!) and add to above mixture.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  5. Enjoy on your favorite bread or buns with chips and raw veggies!
