Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine beans, beer, tequila and chipotle puree in a medium nonstick pot.
  2. Cook partially covered over medium heat, stirring often for about 5-10 minutes.
  3. Stir in 1 and a half cups of cheese and 3/4 of the onions.
  4. Transfer to serving bowl.
  5. Top with remaining cheese and onions and serve.
