Blood Orange Glaze for Cheesecake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place the orange juice, agave nectar, and 1/2 c of the apple juice in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Dissolve the arrowroot in the remaining 1/2 c of the apple juice. Set aside.
  3. When the fruit juice mixture just begins to boil, add the arrowroot and apple juice mixture, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Chill the sauce in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  5. Top the cheesecake with the glaze and serve.
