Ingredients:

  • 2 already hard cooked eggs
  • 1/2 tsp of coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp of cumin powder
  • 2-3 soup spoon of sweet soyasauce
  • (1/4 tsp of trassi (a strong flavoured shrimp paste) (asia shop)
  • 3 soup spoon of canola oil

Directions:

  1. Cut the potatos into little peaces
  2. Cut the aubergine (eggplant) into little peaces
  3. Cut the onion into little peaces
  4. Cut the hard cooked eggs into little peaces
  5. Put 3 soup spoon of canola oil in a frying pan
  6. Fry the potatos till they're almost ready
  7. Put the aubergine (eggplant) onto it
  8. Put the onions onto it
  9. Put the sambal onto it
  10. Put the cumin onto it
  11. Put the coriander onto it
  12. (you can put trassi onto it, but it's very intensive)
  13. Put the soyasauce onto it. (don't heat it to much)
  14. At the very last put the eggs onto it
