Bisquick Buttermilk Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup bisquick
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 eggs

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth.
  2. Put ingredients in a pie pan (no shell) and bake in an oven at 350 until fork in middle comes out clean.
  3. **Io make a caramel buttermilk pie use brown sugar instead of regular sugar.
