Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. With electric beater, cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add bananas and eggs, and beat until well mixed.
  4. Mix dry ingredients together.
  5. Blend dry ingredients with banana mixture, but do not overmix.
  6. Pour into two lightly greased loaf pans.
  7. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour, test for doneness.
  8. Cool on rack 10 minutes before removing from pans.
