Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small saucepan.
  2. Allow 5 minutes and then heat gently just until dissolved.
  3. Meanwhile puree berries in a blender with margarita mix and orange liqueur.
  4. Strain, pressing down on the solids well, and return to blender.
  5. Blend in gelatin.
  6. Rub the rim of 4 or 6 martini glasses with the wedge of lime.
  7. Place sugar on a plate and dip edge of the glasses into the sugar.
  8. Divide the berry mixture between the glasses.
  9. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate a few hours or until set.
  10. Garnish with fresh berries and mint.
