Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup aloe vera gel
  • 1/4 cup powdered milk
  • 1/4 cup epsom salts (or any other salt)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp jojoba oil

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients and place in a cosmetic container. Scent with essential oil. Lavender and Tea Tree have healing properties.
  2. To use: Add 2 T to 1/4 cup to your bath and relax.
