Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place fish in an baking pan, 13 x 9.
  2. Mix ketchup, lemon juice, worcestershire, sugar, onion.
  3. Pour sauce over fish; turn so both sides are coated.
  4. Cover a refridgerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  6. Bake uncovered for 15 - 20 minutes.
  7. Garnish with lemon.
