Ingredients:

  • 2 medium ripe bananas (1 cup.)
  • 1 cup. of sour cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. of baking powder
  • 1 tsp. of salt
  • 1/2 tsp. of baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup. of butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. of all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp. of butter or margarine

Directions:

  1. First you want to take flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  2. Then you want to take a smaller bowl and whisk eggs, sour cream, butter, and the bananas.
  3. Into this mixture stir in the dry ingredients until moist.
  4. Now you want to grease the muffic cups and fill almost full.
  5. Now for the topping, you want to combine the sugar, flour, and cinnamon in a bowl and cut in butter.
  6. Sprinkle this mixture over muffins.
  7. Bake 375 degrees for approx. 20-25 min.
