Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frosted flakes, slightly crushed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup nonfat milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

  1. Stir together cereal, flour, baking powder, salt, and spices. Set aside.
  2. On a large mixing bowl, combine gg, milk, and oil. Stir in bananas, cherries, and nuts.
  3. Add cereal mixture, stirring only until combined.
  4. Divide evenly into 12 greased muffin tins.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
