  1. Crush the four bananas and add lemon juice; set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks*, the sweetened condensed milk, sugar, whipping cream and whole milk.
  3. Then add the salt and vanilla extract.
  4. Freeze this mix in an ice cream freezer and when thick add the prepared bananas and continue to freeze.
  5. * Because the eggs are not cooked (though the lemon juice aids in the partial cooking) you may use substitute egg located in the diary section of the market.
