Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup shortening
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cream shortening and sugar.
  2. Add bananas cream
  3. Add egg vanilla and lemon juice
  4. Mix.
  5. Add dry ingredients.
  6. Add nuts
  7. Mix lightly
  8. Spoon into greased muffin tins bake 16 minutes in 425 degree oven until done may be 17 minutes.
