Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat a wok or frypan over high heat. Add the walnuts & cook, stirring.
  2. Constantly, for 2-3 minutes or until hot. Remove & set aside.
  3. Add the oil, garlic & chilli to the wok & stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add.
  4. The mushrooms & stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until the mushrooms.
  5. Are just tender.
  6. Combine the balsamic vinegar & brown sugar together & add to the mushrooms, stir-fry 30 seconds or until well coated.
  7. Remove wok from the heat, stir in the walnuts & lime juice.
  8. Garnish with parsley.
  9. Serve with on its own or with steamed jasmine rice.
