Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook ziti according to package direction.
  2. Heat oven to 400°F
  3. In a large pot, over medium-low heat oil. Add onion an cook until softened, 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add beef to pot and increase heat to medium-high. Cook beef until no longer pink.
  5. Drain any remaining liquid from pot.
  6. Add garlic and oregano and stir for two minutes.
  7. Add marinara sauce and heat for another two minutes.
  8. Remove pot from heat and add parmesan, ricotta and spinach; mix.
  9. Spread mixture into a oven safe baking dish or several individual large ramekins. Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake until the mozzarella melts.
