Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar and flour together, add egg yolks and mix well.
  2. Add pineapple and pour into baking dish.
  3. Bake in oven 400 for 50 minutes or until thick.
  4. Beat egg whites with salt until stiff, add sugar a little at a time, beating after each addition.
  5. Place meringue on top of pineapple and bake at 400 for about 10 minutes.
