Ingredients:

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup oleo

Directions:

  1. Cook grits in salted water.
  2. Stir in oleo and cheese.
  3. Cook until done.
  4. Let cool, stir in eggs.
  5. Pour into casserole dish,.
  6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
