Baked Cranberry Orange Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash cranberries and drain. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl;
  2. Add cranberries, stirring well. Place cranberry mixture in a 9- inch square pan.
  3. Cover and bake at 350 degree for 45 minutes. Add marmalade , walnuts, and lemon
  4. Juice; stir well. Cool.
  5. TO STORE: Refrigerate in a tightly covered container up to 4 days.
  6. TO SERVE: Serve hot or cold. Yield: 5 cups
