Baked Corn Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14 3/4 oz) can cream-style corn
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 350.
  2. Grease 9x9 pan.
  3. Beat eggs, add milk, blend well.
  4. Add all other ingredients pour into prepared pan.
  5. Bake 350 for 20 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat to 325 and bake for 1 hour or until firm.
  7. Test with a knife inserted into center of casserole come clean.
