Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large skillet, sauté mushrooms and onion in margarine until tender, about 5 minutes. Season with thyme, salt and peppercorns.
  3. Sprinkle flour over mushroom mixture. Stir. Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream, cream cheese and bacon. Heat just until thickened. Remove from heat.
  4. Remove biscuits from tube. Press each biscuit to 1/4-inch thickness. Place 1-1/2 teaspoons of mushroom mixture on one half of each biscuit. Fold other half of biscuit over filling and press to seal.
  5. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve.
