Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked and drained on paper towels and chopped
  • 2 cans refriderated biscuits (flaky kind works best)
  • 1 (8oz.) package. cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheese (i used a chedder blend)
  • 3 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 onion , diced pretty small

Directions:

  1. Tear biscuits apart into 3 or 4 pieces. If they come out right for you, press them into mini muffin tins. If not, roll the pieces into a ball and then flatten them w/ your palms and press them into the pan.
  2. Mix up the rest of the ingredients and use a melon baller (or a teaspoon) to fill the cups.
  3. Cook 375F for 15 minutes.
