  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 9x5 loaf pans. Sift together the flour,baking soda,baking powder,salt,cinnamon and allspice. Set aside
  2. In med. bowl,cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time,then mix into mashed avocado. Stir in drty ingredients alternately with the buttermilk until just mixed. Fold in the choped pecans,raisins and orange zest. Divide batter evenly between 2 loaf pans.
  3. Bake 1 hour or till toothpick inserted in center of loaves comes out clean. Allow loaves to cool in pan for at least 20 mins. before removing!
