Asparagus and Potato Hash

Directions:

  1. Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes, drain and roughly mash
  2. Boil the asparagus for 2 minutes
  3. Mix together asparagus, potato and onions
  4. Heat the oil and mustard
  5. Stir fry the mix for 10 minutes, turning occassionally
