Ingredients:

  • 60 ml water
  • 2 1/2 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 55 g sugar

Directions:

  1. Place water in small bowl.
  2. Sprinkle over gelatine, stir to combine.
  3. Set aside 5 minutes till absorbed.
  4. Place nectar and sugar in saucepan.
  5. Stir over medium heat till sugar dissolves.
  6. Add gelatine mixture, stir till dissolved.
  7. Pour into greased 6 cup mould.
  8. Refrigerate till set.
