Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place bran cereal in bowl, pour over hot water.
  2. Set aside for 5 minutes then place in food processor.
  3. Add apricots and sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Process till well combined - about a minute.
  5. Mixture should be reasonably firm.
  6. Roll into balls, roll in coconut.
  7. Refrigerate balls for 2 hours in fridge.
