Ingredients:

  • 1 quart apples peeled
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a sauce pan and cook until tender.
  2. Mash the mixture using a potat masher until smooth.
  3. Put the applesauce in an airtight container an place in the refrierator to cool.
  4. Then top with a little cinnamon if you like.
