Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Mix shortening and sugar.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Add dry ingredients added to milk.
  4. Place apples, cinnamon, and sugar on top.
  5. Bake 25-30 minutes and 375°F.
