  1. 1. Heat oven to 350. Spray 13x9 inch metal baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. 2. For topping, combine oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon in medium bowl. Cut in butter with 2 knives until mixture is crumbly. Set aside.
  3. 3. For cake, combine cake mix, oats, yogurt, eggs, oil, and water in large bowl. Blend with electric mixer at low speed until moistened; mix at medium speed 2 minutes. Stir in apples. Pour into pan. Sprinkle topping evenly over batter.
  4. 4. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm or at room temperature.
