Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • topping
  • 1/2 cup apple jelly
  • 2 tsp water
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400F. Spray 8-in square baking dish.
  2. In medium bowl, whisk together flour and milk; beat in egg whites, margarine, and salt. Pour into sprayed dish.
  3. Bake for 25-30 mins or until puffed and golden brown.
  4. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, heat apples, jelly, water, and cinnamon over low heat until jelly is melted and mixture is hot, stirring frequently.
  5. Immediately after removing from oven, cut into fourths and serve with hot topping.
