Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat ove to 325 degrees f. line 13x 9 inch pan with foil
  2. Mix crumbs and butter and 2 tablespoons sugar, press onto bottom of pan and bake 10 minutes
  3. Beat cream cheese, and i cup sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended
  4. Add sour cream , blend
  5. Add eggs 1 at a time mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended
  6. Pour over crust
  7. Mix remaining 1/2 cup sugar, apples , pecans and cinnamon; spoon over batter
  8. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes.
  9. Cool............ and refrigerate 4 hours
  10. Use foil to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting into squares to serve
  11. Makes 16 servings
