Apple Peanut Butter Kabobs

Ingredients:

  • 6 medium apples
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 4ttbs butter

Directions:

  1. Core and cut each apples into 6 wedges.
  2. Cut each wedge in half
  3. Thread on skewers and place on broiling pan
  4. In small pan melt butter, with spices and peanut butter.
  5. Brush apples with mixture.
  6. Broil for about 4 minutes, 1 minute on each side, and basting generously with mixture each quarter turn
  7. Serve hot
