Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 365 degrees (farenheit) / 185 degrees celcius.
  2. Whisk dry ingredients in large bowl.
  3. In a seperate bowl grate apples and egg whites thoroughly.
  4. Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients. Stir until blended.
  5. Pour mixture into 12 paper cupcake liners in muffin tin.
  6. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven when toothpick can be inserted into centre of muffin and comes out clean.
  8. Enjoy!
