Apple Cider Finger Jello

Ingredients:

  • 13 (1/4 oz) packages unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup honey (more if desired)

Directions:

  1. Mix 5 pkgs. gelatin with 2 1/2 cups cold apple cider until dissolved.
  2. Bring to a boil 4 cups apple cider, 8 pkgs. gelatin, and the honey.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in dissolved cider/gelatin mixture, mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour into 9 x 13 pan.
  6. Chill until fully set.
  7. Cut into squares.
