Angie's No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup margarine (stick)
  • 3/4-1 cup peanut butter
  • 3 1/2-4 cups quaker quick oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Bring milk, sugar and margarine to a boil.
  2. Boil for 3 to 3 1/2 minute.
  3. Add peanut butter - stir.
  4. Add vanilla and Oats - stir.
  5. Drop teaspoon full on wax paper or foil .
  6. Enjoy!
