Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp crushed clove
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 heaping tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp butter or 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. On the three large eggs, you will need to seperate and beat yolks and whites in seperate bowls.
  2. Mix together sugar, flour, cloves and cinnamon.
  3. Add butter, beaten egg yolks and milk.
  4. In a seperate mixing bowl, beat 3 egg whites till peaks form.
  5. Fold this into first mixture.
  6. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells and bake at 350* till set.
