Ingredients:

  • 3 cup almonds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  4. Thoroughly beat the egg whites, sugar, cinnamon and salt until it's foamy.
  5. Mix the almonds in until they are completely covered.
  6. Spread out on a greased cookie sheet and bake for about an hour stirring the mix up about every 10 minutes.
  7. Let this sit and cool before storing in an airtight container.
