Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix turkey, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, onions, egg and fresh herbs.
  3. Shape into 4 patties.
  4. Coat both sides of patties with almonds.
  5. Place patties on rack in broiler pan.
  6. Bake about 30 minutes or until patties are no longer pink in the center.
  7. These can also be grilled on foil.
