Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grease an 8-in. square pan.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and milk.
  3. Cover and microwave on high for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until chips are melted.
  4. Stir until smooth.
  5. Stir in the almonds, cherries and extract.
  6. Spread into prepared pan.
  7. Cover and chill for 2 hours or until set.
  8. Cut fudge into 1-in. squares.
  9. Store in the refrigerator.
