Allie’s Blackened/Seared Ahi Tuna

Ingredients:

  • 24 oz ahi tuna 4 steaks 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp allie's gator spices, blackened seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tsp canola oil

Directions:

  1. Cover each steak with Allie’s Gator Seasoning, Blackened Seasoning. Add canola oil to a cast iron skillet and swirl to coat. Heat to medium high. Add steaks and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
