Allie’s Blackened/Seared Ahi Tuna

Ingredients:
24 ounce(s) ahi tuna 4 steaks 6 ounces each
2 tablespoon(s) allie's gator spices, blackened seasoning
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) canola oil
Directions:
1. Cover each steak with Allie’s Gator Seasoning, Blackened Seasoning. Add canola oil to a cast iron skillet and swirl to coat. Heat to medium high. Add steaks and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
