  1. Melt ghee in a pot over medium heat. Add ginger, cinnamon and black pepper. Simmer until aromatic, about a minute - more or less.
  2. Add almond milk and honey. Continue to stir just until the mixture comes to a boil. Immediately remove from heat and serve warm.
