Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place the serving glasses in a refrigerator to be chilled.
  2. Boil the mangoes in a pot on medium heat.
  3. Allow to cool for some time.
  4. Then, extract the pulp out of each mango by squeezing it with your hands (between your palms).
  5. Keep a few mint leaves aside a few for garnishing.
  6. Add some water and then grind the remaining mint leaves in your grinder.
  7. Cut the lemons into thin circles.
  8. In a pan, mix the raw mango pulp, sugar, salt, rock salt and 2 cups of water.
  9. Cook on high heat for a minute.
  10. Add crushed peppercorns, roasted cumin powder and ground mint leaves.
  11. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  12. Remove from flame.
  13. Pass the mixture through a sieve.
  14. Just before serving, coat the rims of the chilled glasses with a piece of lemon.
  15. Pour the prepared drink into the glasses.
  16. Top it with chilled soda.
  17. Garnish with mint leaves and a lemon wedge.
  18. Serve chilled.
