Directions:

  1. Combine all Creamy Garlic Dip ingredients by hand, not a blender, at least one day before using and refrigerate.
  2. Right before serving, coat zucchini slices with flour, then egg, then bread crumbs and deep fry at 375 degrees until golden. Serve with Creamy Garlic Dip.
  3. Can use dip after making but try to wait at least an hour for the flavors to blend.
