Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 8 tbsp marsala
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. In top of double boiler, combine all ingredients.
  2. Place over hot water and beat constantly until frothy, smooth and slightly thick.
  3. Serve plain or on spong cake.
  4. Delicious hot or cold.
