Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 4 1/2 tsp. dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Mix 2 cups water, yeast, and 2 Tbsp. sugar. set aside.
  2. Mix flour, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. salt together. Form a well. Pour in the oil, yolks, and the yeast mixture. Mix well with dough hook. Drizzle on a bit of oil and cover with saran wrap.
  3. Let rise a few hours, punch down, form into balls, let rise another few hours.
  4. Bake 350 about 25 minutes.
