  1. Combine all ingredients, except 1/2 cup chicken broth, cornstarch, salt and pepper in slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Cook on high 10 minutes, stirring in combined remaining stock and cornstarch, stirring 2-3 minutes.
