Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine the TVP and hot water, cover and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick frypan.
  3. Saute the onion until golden.
  4. Add the cumin, cinnamon, currants, pinenuts, TVP and extra water.
  5. Cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Spread the pide with tomato paste and top with the shredded spinach, TVP and feta.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until crisp and golden.
  8. Slice.
