Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 medium potato
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/16 tsp hot pepper

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a pot and simmer on low for about 45 minutes.
  2. Season to taste
