Ingredients:

  • all these goodies into the blender, wiz it til it's smooth.
  • 1 # can of fruit with juice. your choice.
  • 1/2 cup soy , rice or nut milk. i am so pro-choice with food
  • 1/8 - 1/4 tsp flavor (hummm vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardammon)

Directions:

  1. After blending, as discribed in the ingredients section, Dump it all into a shallow bowl. Dip both sides of bread slices, till dampish. Fry in a med to med high non-stick skillet sparyed with a little veg oil. About 3-4 minutes each side. Till toasty (ya know).
  2. Serve with your favorite toppings.
