French toast without eggs you say? A big tastey suprise you'll use this recipe again, and again. Because it's so delicious and you can change it up with little effort.
Ingredients:
all these goodies into the blender, wiz it til it's smooth.
1 # can of fruit with juice. your choice.
1/2 c soy, rice or nut milk. i am so pro-choice with food
1/8 - 1/4 tsp flavor (hummm vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardammon)
6-8 whole wheat bread slices
Directions:
1. After blending, as discribed in the ingredients section, Dump it all into a shallow bowl. Dip both sides of bread slices, till dampish. Fry in a med to med high non-stick skillet sparyed with a little veg oil. About 3-4 minutes each side. Till toasty (ya know).
2. Serve with your favorite toppings.
